Reset Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services within our service area. Services are subject to availability and may require access to water and power at the service location unless otherwise arranged.
2. Booking & Payments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Pricing varies based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposits
- We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with proper notice.
4. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
- We strive to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction before returning the vehicle.
- If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including offering a touch-up or re-service if appropriate.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion based on the situation.
- Once a service has been completed and accepted, refunds will generally not be issued.
5. SMS Messaging Consent (A2P Compliance)
